After graduating from the Greater Poland School of Medical Rescue in Poznań in 2008, my focus shifted towards tackling health issues through a holistic approach. Nevertheless, I was bound to stay in touch with allopathic medical practices over the next few years while I was working with disabled patients across the UK.

Since 2011 I have assisted in meditation workshops which allowed me to support and enhance the lives of others through fostering positive change and providing encouragement to those in need. This work has been expedited since 2016, when I began my apprenticeship at Le Ciel Foundation which has proved pivotal in my treatment approaches.

I graduated from the London School of Reflexology and earned a master's degree in osteopathy from the London School of Osteopathy. Since then, I have continued to serve by integrating osteopathy and reflexology to enhance treatment outcomes

Drawing from over a duodecennial of training and exposure to medical science and holistic health practices across diverse cultures, I have developed a deep appreciation for the intricate relationship between the mind, body, and spirit, learning about the profound impact of their interaction and coexistence as well as the importance of the dependencies of external and internal environments in health.

My treatment approach is appropriate for anyone, from a newborn to an elderly person, and my experience working with disabled individuals ensures their safety and comfort through proper handling and treatment techniques. As an active triathlete, I relate to injuries and other issues a sportsperson can encounter in their training and when competing. As far as the physical aspect of rehabilitation goes, I participated in the Comprehensive Pilates Polestar course, which, combined with my previous education and triathlon experience, lays a solid foundation for my rehabilitation approach.
